第1 章:的設計思緒
逐漸(jian)“工(gong)(gong)業4.0”概念在(zai)德國(guo)的提出,以“智能工(gong)(gong)廠、智慧制(zhi)造”為主導(dao)的第四次工(gong)(gong)業革(ge)命已(yi)經悄然(ran)來臨。工(gong)(gong)業4.0是(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)高科技(ji)戰略計劃,制(zhi)造業的基本模(mo)式(shi)(shi)將(jiang)由集中(zhong)式(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)向分散式(shi)(shi)增強(qiang)型控制(zhi)轉變(bian),目標(biao)建立一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)高度(du)靈活(huo)的個(ge)(ge)性(xing)化和數字化的產(chan)品與服務的生產(chan)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),在(zai)這(zhe)種模(mo)式(shi)(shi)中(zhong),傳統的行業界限將(jiang)消失,并會產(chan)生各種新(xin)(xin)的活(huo)動領域和合(he)作(zuo)形式(shi)(shi)。創造新(xin)(xin)價值的過程正(zheng)在(zai)發(fa)生改變(bian),產(chan)業鏈分工(gong)(gong)將(jiang)被(bei)重(zhong)組。
一起,“中國(guo)制造2025” 提出(chu)了我國(guo)邁向制造強國(guo)的(de)發展戰略(lve),應對新(xin)一輪科(ke)技革(ge)命和產業變(bian)革(ge),立足我國(guo)轉變(bian)經濟發展方(fang)式(shi)實際需要,圍繞創新(xin)驅動、智能轉型、強化基礎、綠色(se)發展、人(ren)才為本等關鍵環節,以及先進制造、高端裝(zhuang)備等重點(dian)領域(yu),提出(chu)了加快制造業轉型升級、提升增效的(de)重大戰略(lve)任(ren)務和重大政策(ce)舉措。
伴跟著智力制造、機器換人浪潮的到來,對于相關人才的需求也日益擴大。智能制造集成企業買進之后,需要把標準機器應用到各行各業的工業現場,需要把自動化設備、控制軟件、應用軟件、實訓設備周邊等應用到實際的生產當中。而使用自動化設備的企業,需要的不僅是設備及其集成系統,還要有能夠與設備“共事”的人,即能夠獨立操作各種自動化的工人,甚至能夠集成、維修設備的高級技術人員。自動化智能化設備應用的這個過程及具體操作,由于技術要求較高,并且屬于新興領域,目前專業人才十分缺乏。自動化智能化應用的增長速度與人才的持續需求存在很大的缺口,在全國范圍內的人才缺口已達數百萬人,人才需求呈現逐年上升趨勢。
