1. PE-01交流電(dian)源控(kong)件(jian)
提拱相電(dian)壓調節器(qi)交談電(dian)原(比率單相變頻器(qi):0~250V;相電(dian)壓0-450V),自代出(chu)過流保證和漏電(dian)保證功能性,配有(you)防曬隔離霜配電(dian)變壓器(qi)所在,實(shi)踐教學(xue)安全衛生。
(1)三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)源首先通(tong)過(guo)三(san)相漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護器(qi),然后經(jing)接觸(chu)器(qi)到隔離變壓器(qi),使輸出與電(dian)(dian)(dian)網隔離(浮地設計)。
(2)電流型漏(lou)電保(bao)護裝置:控制(zhi)屏(ping)若有漏(lou)電現象,漏(lou)電流超(chao)過(guo)一定值,即切斷(duan)電源。
2. PE-02電功率場(chang)效(xiao)應管器件
提拱大功效整流場效應管(guan)八個(熔絲(si)保障三極管(guan)),鈕子轉換開關一種,看作整流和續流用。
3. PE-03可控硅構件
保證(zheng)6只單向晶閘(zha)管,用(yong)于可控整(zheng)流實訓,設有(you)RC阻(zu)容吸收及(ji)熔絲保護電(dian)路。
4. PE-04雙(shuang)邊IGBT器件
