本配置主要包括(kuo)了各高等(deng)(deng)專(zhuan)科學校(xiao)專(zhuan)科院校(xiao)等(deng)(deng)所投放的(de)“魅力(li)電子技巧(qiao)(qiao)”、“半(ban)導(dao)體芯(xin)片變(bian)流技巧(qiao)(qiao)”等(deng)(deng)正規課程培(pei)訓(xun)應當求的(de)進行實驗頂目。
