整體(ti)(ti)由8個(ge)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主成,各用為:裝料監測(ce)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、運送(song)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、加(jia)工處理站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、運送(song)組(zu)裝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、組(zu)裝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、等級分類站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、運送(song)挑(tiao)揀站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、傳送(song)數據挑(tiao)揀站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),管(guan)理整體(ti)(ti)選用三(san)菱PLC的PLC進行(xing)控(kong)制,具(ju)有(you)較(jiao)好的柔性,即每站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)各有(you)一套PLC控(kong)制系統獨立控(kong)制,在單個(ge)培訓完成以(yi)后,又可以(yi)將相鄰的兩站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三(san)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)…直(zhi)至八站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)連在一起,學(xue)習復雜系統的設計、安(an)裝、編(bian)程(cheng)、調(diao)試和整機運行(xing)。

三、體統構成
體統的系(xi)統配(pei)置由(you)七八個站成分
(1)裝料檢側站
由料臺、導料企(qi)業、推料企(qi)業、監(jian)測識(shi)別圖片光電技術旋(xuan)轉面(mian)板(ban)開(kai)關、旋(xuan)轉面(mian)板(ban)開(kai)關外接(jie)電源、可程序(xu)設計序(xu)有效控(kong)制板(ban)、開(kai)關按鈕、I/O接(jie)口板(ban)、電氣網(wang)孔板(ban)、電磁閥及(ji)氣缸組成,主(zhu)要完成將(jiang)工(gong)件(jian)從料臺依次送到檢測工(gong)位、等待取走。
(2)打包站
由機器(qi)(qi)手、橫臂、轉(zhuan)回臺、選(xuan)轉(zhuan)節流閥、調(diao)控(kong)開關交流電(dian)源、可編程調(diao)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)學習序調(diao)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)、旋鈕、I/O接口板、電(dian)氣(qi)網孔板、多(duo)種類型電(dian)磁閥及(ji)氣(qi)缸組成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)將工件從上站(zhan)搬至(zhi)下(xia)一站(zhan)。
(3)粗加工站
由(you)6工(gong)(gong)位回轉工(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)、刀具(ju)庫(3種(zhong)刀具(ju))、升降式(shi)加工(gong)(gong)系(xi)統、加工(gong)(gong)組(zu)件、檢測(ce)組(zu)件、步進驅動(dong)器、步進電(dian)(dian)機、光(guang)電(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器、接(jie)(jie)近開關、開關電(dian)(dian)源、平面(mian)推(tui)力軸承、可編(bian)程序控制器、按(an)鈕、I/O接(jie)(jie)口板(ban)、電(dian)(dian)氣網(wang)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)、通訊接(jie)(jie)口板(ban)、直流減速電(dian)(dian)機、多種(zhong)類型電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)及氣缸(gang)組(zu)成(cheng),回轉工(gong)(gong)作臺(tai)有六個旋轉工(gong)(gong)位,加工(gong)(gong)站主要(yao)完(wan)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)件的加工(gong)(gong)(鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)、銑孔(kong)(kong)(kong)),并(bing)進行工(gong)(gong)件檢測(ce)。
(4)運送安轉站
由旋(xuan)轉加(jia)旋(xuan)轉事(shi)業(ye)臺、建筑塔(ta)吊臂、機手、化學工(gong)業(ye)導軌(gui)、開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)壓、可程序編寫(xie)序調控(kong)器、開(kai)(kai)關、I/O接(jie)口板(ban)、電(dian)氣(qi)網孔板(ban)、多種類型(xing)電(dian)磁(ci)閥及氣(qi)缸組成,主要(yao)完成將上(shang)站工(gong)件拿起放入安(an)裝(zhuang)平(ping)臺,將裝(zhuang)好(hao)工(gong)件拿起放下站。
(5)按裝站
由(you)吸盤自動化機器人、拐臂(bei)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、高速旋轉(zhuan)汽缸(gang)、料(liao)斗換位構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、產品投放市場構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、重力作用發現器、電(dian)源線直流電(dian)源線、可源程序(xu)序(xu)有效傳感器、按鈕(niu)開關、I/O接(jie)口板(ban)(ban)、電(dian)氣網孔板(ban)(ban)、多種(zhong)類型電(dian)磁閥(fa)及氣缸(gang)組成(cheng),主(zhu)要完成(cheng)選擇(ze)要安裝工件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)料(liao)倉,將工件(jian)(jian)(jian)從料(liao)倉中推出,將工件(jian)(jian)(jian)安裝到位。
(6)傳送數據分棟站(zhan)
通常由三相(xiang)外接(jie)電(dian)源溝通交(jiao)流(liu)加(jia)速三相(xiang)電(dian)機(ji)、光電(dian)技術感(gan)測器(qi)器(qi)、色感(gan)測器(qi)器(qi)、旋轉(zhuan)開關外接(jie)電(dian)源、開關、I/O接(jie)口板(ban)、電(dian)氣(qi)網(wang)孔(kong)板(ban)等(deng)組成(cheng),主要完成(cheng)將(jiang)材料(liao)傳送至下一站。
(7)貨物搬運分貨站
關鍵(jian)(jian)由重工業導軌、調節功能節流閥、氣(qi)爪、吸引力操(cao)作(zuo)控制鍵(jian)(jian)開關、邊角料文件存儲器、操(cao)作(zuo)控制鍵(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)源開關模塊、可java開發序操(cao)作(zuo)器、控制鍵(jian)(jian)、I/O接口(kou)板(ban)(ban)、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)網孔板(ban)(ban)、多種類型電(dian)(dian)磁閥組成(cheng)(cheng),主要完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)分揀(jian)生(sheng)產線中的(de)廢(fei)物料并將其搬運至(zhi)廢(fei)料存儲器中。
(8)幾大類站
由滾珠梯(ti)形絲桿、滑桿創立配件(jian)、進(jin)行分(fen)類料罐、步進(jin)win7變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)馬達(da)馬達(da)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電機馬達(da)、步進(jin)win7變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)馬達(da)馬達(da)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)win7變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)、感知器(qi)(qi)、的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)關電、可語言編程序的(de)驅動器(qi)(qi)、按(an)鈕開(kai)關、I/O接口板、電氣(qi)網孔板、多種(zhong)類型電磁閥及氣(qi)缸組成,主要完成按(an)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)類型分(fen)類,將工(gong)(gong)件(jian)推入料倉。
四、調整系統的
三菱PLCPLC:
1. 每站均增配FX3U-485BD通信模塊,用(yong)于組建三菱通信網絡, 每站PLC主(zhu)機均采用(yong)FX3U-48。
2. 要配7英寸,工業彩(cai)色觸摸屏。
3. 系(xi)統(tong)總線構(gou)造(zao):用到FX3U-485BD網絡通信,使各站之間(jian)的控制信息和狀態數據(ju)能夠實(shi)時(shi)相互交換(huan)。配有SC-09編程電(dian)纜、觸(chu)摸屏與PLC通信電(dian)纜及觸(chu)摸屏下載電(dian)纜。
