二、設備分解成
1. 有立(li)體(ti)感(gan)庫房主體(ti)性(xing)由底板、實踐桌(鋁型材機構設計)、四層十三持(chi)倉庫體(ti)、立(li)體(ti)圖(tu)(X、Y、Z)拉伸(shen)(shen)(shen)動作圖(tu)片(pian)健身機器性(xing)及不間斷操(cao)縱等(deng)七(qi)個(ge)局部組成了。立(li)體(ti)圖(tu)拉伸(shen)(shen)(shen)動作圖(tu)片(pian)健身機器性(xing)局部是一個(ge)個(ge)進行滾珠滾珠絲(si)杠(gang)傳輸的傳感(gan)器化機構設計,在確保(bao)持(chi)倉地(di)位和送(song)/取拉伸(shen)(shen)(shen)動作圖(tu)片(pian)(X、Y軸來實現(xian)持(chi)倉地(di)位、Z軸來實現(xian)送(song)/取拉伸(shen)(shen)(shen)動作圖(tu)片(pian))。

3. 順利通(tong)過感知(zhi)器(qi)(qi)數(shu)據(ju)信(xin)息提取(qu)(qu),PLC代碼,對步進(jin)(jin)驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)無(wu)刷(shua)調(diao)速(su)電(dian)機、直流(liu)變壓器(qi)(qi)無(wu)刷(shua)調(diao)速(su)電(dian)機進(jin)(jin)行較繁多(duo)的按鈕開關量(liang)把(ba)控(kong)、地方(fang)把(ba)控(kong)不能序方(fang)式把(ba)控(kong),達到持倉品牌(pai)定位和(he)物料清單(dan)送/取(qu)(qu)的工(gong)(gong)作。 4. 能完(wan)成任務PLC設備工(gong)(gong)業自動(dong)化(hua)wifi網絡及MCGS工(gong)(gong)業自動(dong)化(hua)組態(tai)(tai)棒圖動(dong)態(tai)(tai)性(xing)跟蹤目(mu)標的實驗(yan)性(xing)學習。
三、經過c語言編(bian)程,3d立體倉庫區實現(xian)目標(biao)如下圖所示實驗所作用
1. 將Z軸上(shang)的國(guo)(guo)際(ji)產品(pin)(pin)送(song)往(wang)隨(sui)機位(wei)址 2. 將隨(sui)機位(wei)址的國(guo)(guo)際(ji)產品(pin)(pin)送(song)往(wang)另一類(lei)位(wei)址 3. 將零號(hao)位(wei)址的國(guo)(guo)際(ji)產品(pin)(pin)送(song)往(wang)隨(sui)機位(wei)址 4. 從隨(sui)機位(wei)址取回國(guo)(guo)際(ji)產品(pin)(pin)放至(zhi)零號(hao)位(wei) 5. 實現了中速開啟-變(bian)速箱作(zuo)業-中速停(ting)止(zhi)的工作(zuo) 6. 0~12號(hao)持倉(cang)掃描機加測(ce)等試驗工作(zuo)
