SYSNX-68A數字電路實驗箱,可以完成高等院校“數字電路課程”的全部實驗,適用于高等院校及各類職業技術學校的電子技術類教學。
一、控制系統組建
1、電原:聯絡輸入:220V±10% 、50Hz 電流輸入:±12V/0.3A 、 5V/2A
2、手工單電(dian)脈(mo)沖激光信號(hao)電(dian)路原理2組:每組可一同轉換極性兩大電(dian)脈(mo)沖激光信號(hao),電(dian)脈(mo)沖激光信號(hao)幅數值TTL電(dian)平。
3、固定位(wei)置頻段脈寬源7路,輸送均為TTL電平:1Hz、10Hz、100Hz、1KHz、10KHz、 100KHz、1MHz;
4、時(shi)(shi)序(xu)智(zhi)能有集(ji)成(cheng)運放及停止把控好(hao)集(ji)成(cheng)運放。可引起四路智(zhi)能警報(bao),智(zhi)能時(shi)(shi)間段與鍵入(ru)的石(shi)(shi)英(ying)鐘警報(bao)相同之處(chu),二個智(zhi)能期(qi)間逐個抗腐蝕性個鍵入(ru)石(shi)(shi)英(ying)鐘時(shi)(shi)間段。
5、六位(wei)高精確數字式規律計,自動檢測范圍內:0-9.9999MHz ,確定誤差<1Hz
6、第十五位邏緝電平放(fang)入面板開(kai)關:可放(fang)入低電平‘0’、高電平‘1’(為正邏緝)。
7、十五位(wei)邏輯關系電(dian)平(ping)(ping)信號燈燈:桔紅(hong)色標(biao)識(shi)高電(dian)平(ping)(ping)‘1’,綠標(biao)識(shi)低電(dian)平(ping)(ping)‘0’。
8、手(shou)機數(shu)(shu)子管出現(xian):六位由七段LED手(shou)機數(shu)(shu)子管包含的BCD碼譯碼出現(xian)電源線路。供數(shu)(shu)子鐘、萬年歷等工作出現(xian)用(yong)。
9、可變氣門正(zheng)時電勢器2只,阻(zu)值區別22K,100K。
10、放(fang)開科(ke)學實驗區,用作拓展(zhan)科(ke)學實驗、教學開發(fa)應用。
(1)供應緊(jin)鎖(suo)插(cha)頭共8只(zhi),在這當中40芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)2只(zhi),20芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)2只(zhi),16芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)4只(zhi),可插(cha)8芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)~40芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)種(zhong)IC。
(2)國內產(chan)面(mian)包(bao)甜品板二(er)塊,可配(pei)充電(dian)阻(zu)、電(dian)解電(dian)容、穩壓管、電(dian)子元(yuan)集成電(dian)路芯片(pian)大家(jia)庭中的一員-二(er)極管、三級管等元(yuan)集成電(dian)路芯片(pian)。
11、EDA優化區,規則(ze)系統配置(zhi)為Lattice 1032實踐板(ban),也可表明大學(xue)標準要求(qiu)配搭,如(ru)Lattice 4256,Altera EPM7128s、Altera EP1K30、Altera EP1K100、Xinlix 95108等實踐板(ban)。
