光伏發電實訓系統的各主要組成部分

光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 太陽能光伏變電部件

(1)、光伏供電裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的組(zu)成

2、光伏發電供電設備設計

(1)、太陽能發電供電局軟件的成分

太(tai)(tai)陽能發(fa)電(dian)發(fa)電(dian)共電(dian)平臺(tai)包括(kuo)由太(tai)(tai)陽能發(fa)電(dian)發(fa)電(dian)電(dian)把控(kong)(kong)好單園(yuan)、太(tai)(tai)陽能發(fa)電(dian)發(fa)電(dian)輸出的提示 單園(yuan)、接觸屏、太(tai)(tai)陽能發(fa)電(dian)發(fa)電(dian)共電(dian)把控(kong)(kong)好單園(yuan)、ARM保持(chi)單元測試(shi)卷式、界(jie)面單元測試(shi)卷式、西門子PLCS7-200PLC、繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器組、接線(xian)排、蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組、可調電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、斷路器、12V開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、網(wang)孔架等組成(cheng)。

(2)、控制方式

光伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源控住單元(yuan)式具(ju)體由真空斷路器、+24V開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、AC220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源插座、指(zhi)示(shi)燈、接線端子DT1和(he)DT2等組(zu)成。

光伏系統輸入顯示(shi)信息第一單(dan)元其主要由(you)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)流工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)流表(biao)、工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)流的電(dian)(dian)壓表(biao)、接(jie)線方法端子排DT3和DT4等組成(cheng)。

太(tai)陽能發電供電設備掌控(kong)摸塊重點由采用面(mian)板開關、急停旋鈕圖片(pian)、帶燈旋鈕圖片(pian)、接到(dao)線接插(cha)件(jian)DT5、DT6和DT7等組(zu)成。

(3)、充(chong)、蓄電池充(chong)電把(ba)握第一機組和(he)電(dian)源接口第一機組

汽車蓄電池(chi)板的筆記本沖(chong)電時候及筆記本沖(chong)電保護措施由ARM把握單位(wei)、接口類(lei)型單位(wei)及源程(cheng)序(xu)搞定,蓄電(dian)瓶的充(chong)放保護性由(you)ARM抑制機(ji)組(zu)、接口類型機(ji)組(zu)及啟動繼(ji)電器開(kai)關(guan)達成,當蓄鋰電充(chong)放電流值不超(chao)過暫行(xing)規定值,ARM抑制模塊輸(shu)出精度數據信息驅使繼電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)運轉(zhuan),繼電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)常閉(bi)接點閃斷,切(qie)段蓄手機電(dian)池的充放回路開關(guan)。

該標段行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)有(you)長套蓄容(rong)量(liang)電芯組(zu)(zu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)、充(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)放操作(zuo)的(de)及(ji)模(mo)以(yi)(yi)操作(zuo)的(de)系(xi)統,一(yi)切正常行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)時遵(zun)照行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)產品參數(shu)對蓄容(rong)量(liang)電芯組(zu)(zu)完成充(chong)(chong)(chong)點(dian)(dian)和充(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)放,不同要人工客服(fu)行(xing)(xing)為矯(jiao)正;模(mo)以(yi)(yi)操作(zuo)的(de)時,蓄容(rong)量(liang)電芯組(zu)(zu)和光容(rong)量(liang)電芯組(zu)(zu)各運轉點(dian)(dian)還(huan)要手(shou)動行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi),每(mei)行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)再次一(yi)類運轉形式后可在app程(cheng)序界面考察充(chong)(chong)(chong)點(dian)(dian)及(ji)充(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)放的(de)行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)期(qi)間,以(yi)(yi)控制光伏系(xi)統充(chong)(chong)(chong)、充(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)放模(mo)以(yi)(yi)模(mo)擬仿真實驗設計(ji)的(de)目的(de)意義。

2、逆變與負(fu)荷系統

(1)、逆(ni)變與負(fu)載(zai)系統的組成

逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)與額(e)定負載體統關鍵由逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)源把握單元(yuan)(yuan)式式、逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)轉換呈(cheng)現(xian)單元(yuan)(yuan)式式、逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)源、逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)源運作探測(ce)控(kong)制器(qi)、聯(lian)席(xi)會變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)機、三相(xiang)四線聯(lian)席(xi)會高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)機、會亮管平護眼(yan)前照(zhao)燈控(kong)制器(qi)、警示性(xing)燈、連接線排(pai)、短路(lu)器(qi)、網孔架等構成(cheng)。

①逆換流站源有效控制模塊

逆變電器源掌握單(dan)園關鍵(jian)由空氣開關、+24V開關電源、AC220V電源插座(zuo)、指示(shi)燈、接線(xian)端(duan)子DT14和DT15等(deng)組成。

②逆變讀取信息顯示摸塊

逆(ni)變轉換顯示信息機(ji)組(zu)具體由互(hu)動電(dian)(dian)直流電(dian)(dian)表(biao)、互(hu)動電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流表(biao)、接線方法(fa)接線鼻(bi)子DT16和DT17等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng)。

(2)、逆變(bian)器

變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)是將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)直(zhi)流電壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)關(guan)電更改(gai)成高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)交流活動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)電的系(xi)統設(she)計,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的類形(xing)非常多(duo), 各自的具(ju)體工(gong)作原(yuan)理、工(gong)作過程不盡(jin)相同。本(ben)實訓裝置使(shi)用的逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)由DC-DC升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)PWM控制(zhi)芯片(pian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、驅(qu)動(dong)+升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)功率MOS管單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)、SPWM芯片(pian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)驅(qu)動(dong)芯片(pian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、全橋逆變(bian)(bian)功率MOS管單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、LC濾(lv)波器(qi)組成。逆變(bian)的(de)運轉(zhuan)歷程是(shi)將蓄微(wei)型汽車電池(chi)的(de)12V直流(liu)電通過DC-DC和(he)DC-AC變(bian)換(huan),轉(zhuan)變(bian)成正弦波220/50Hz的(de)純正弦函(han)數波(bo)交(jiao)換電(dian)。

3、網絡監控體統

(1)、監控系統組成

管控體系(xi)核心由一梯機(ji)、機(ji)械鍵盤、鼠標鍵、接法排、供電排插、微(wei)波通信線、微(wei)軟win7運營(ying)體系(xi)PC系(xi)統、力控組態(tai)PC系(xi)統結構。

(2)、監控系統功能

1)微波通信

監視(shi)裝置(zhi)與有效控制板、PLC、儀表進行通信。

2)表層

①監察程序(xu)擁有主(zhu)操作頁(ye)面,光伏太陽(yang)能(neng)太陽(yang)能(neng)電力程序(xu)操作頁(ye)面,逆變(bian)與過載程序(xu)操作頁(ye)面,光伏太陽(yang)能(neng)太陽(yang)能(neng)能(neng)量準(zhun)換準(zhun)換操作頁(ye)面,主(zhu)要界(jie)面顯(xian)示(shi)不同的程序(xu)運行形態性能(neng)參數。

②太陽能發電(dian)送電(dian)機系統表面設置成(cheng)相關(guan)的開關(guan)按鈕,實(shi)現(xian)目(mu)標太陽能發電(dian)充電(dian)電(dian)池方陣電(dian)腦自動追(zhui)蹤。
