光伏發電實訓系統的各主要組成部分

光伏發電實訓裝置系統主要由光伏供電裝置、光伏供電系統、逆變與負載系統、監控系統四個部分組成。

1、 太陽能發電供電系統系統

(1)、光伏供電裝置(zhi)的組成

2、太陽能發電電力系統性

(1)、光伏系統性配電系統性的結構

(2)、控制方式

光伏發電(dian)主機電(dian)源掌控模快包括(kuo)由高壓斷路器、+24V開(kai)關電(dian)源、AC220V電(dian)源插座、指示燈、接(jie)線(xian)端子DT1和(he)DT2等組成。

2、逆變(bian)與負荷(he)系(xi)統性

(1)、逆變與負(fu)載系統的組成

逆變(bian)與短路電流(liu)整體常(chang)見(jian)由逆換流(liu)站(zhan)源操縱第一單無(wu)、逆變(bian)輸(shu)出呈現(xian)第一單無(wu)、升壓器(qi)、升壓器(qi)叁數的檢測板(ban)塊、變(bian)頻(pin)柜器(qi)、三相四線互動交(jiao)流(liu)直流(liu)無(wu)刷電機、發(fa)亮管表演舞節能燈(deng)源板(ban)塊、警告燈(deng)、連接線排、高壓斷路器(qi)、網孔架等成分。

①逆變電器源調整單無

逆(ni)變(bian)電(dian)器源(yuan)(yuan)有(you)效控制單位(wei)核心由(you)真空斷路器、+24V開關電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)、AC220V電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)插座、指示燈、接線端子DT14和DT15等組成。

②逆變內容輸出提示單元測試卷

逆變輸出精度屏幕上顯示機組(zu)主要(yao)由(you)交換信(xin)息電流大(da)小表、交換信(xin)息額定電壓表、連接線絕緣端(duan)子DT16和DT17等組(zu)成。

(2)、逆變器

變頻器是將底壓(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)24v電(dian)(dian)源模(mo)塊調整(zheng)成直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)交流(liu)(liu)活動(dong)24v電(dian)(dian)源模(mo)塊的(de)設施,變頻器的(de)那(nei)個種類(lei)一些, 各自(zi)的(de)具體工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過程不(bu)盡相同。本實(shi)訓裝置使用(yong)的(de)逆(ni)變器由DC-DC升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)PWM控(kong)制(zhi)芯片(pian)(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)、驅動(dong)+升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)功率MOS管(guan)單(dan)元(yuan)、升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器、SPWM芯片(pian)(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)驅動(dong)芯片(pian)(pian)單(dan)元(yuan)、全(quan)橋逆(ni)變功率MOS管(guan)單(dan)元(yuan)、LC濾波(bo)器組成。逆變(bian)的運行操(cao)作過程是將蓄電瓶的12V直流電通過DC-DC和DC-AC變(bian)換,轉(zhuan)變(bian)成(cheng)正弦波220/50Hz的純正弦交流電波溝通交流電。

3、監測系統的

(1)、監控系統組成

監管體系主要是由成一(yi)體電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)、聯想鍵(jian)盤(pan)、鍵(jian)盤(pan)鼠標(biao)、布(bu)線(xian)排(pai)、電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)插座(zuo)、通信設備(bei)線(xian)、谷歌實(shi)際操作(zuo)體系電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)系統、力控組態電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)系統組合。

(2)、監(jian)控系統功(gong)能

1)通信設備

實(shi)時監控(kong)系統與抑制器(qi)、PLC、儀(yi)表進行通信。

2)畫面

①攝像頭體(ti)(ti)統更具主(zhu)軟件接(jie)口(kou)(kou),光伏系統整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)送電體(ti)(ti)統軟件接(jie)口(kou)(kou),逆變(bian)與(yu)負債體(ti)(ti)統軟件接(jie)口(kou)(kou),光伏系統整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)能量場轉化軟件接(jie)口(kou)(kou),不同表示(shi)各(ge)有(you)的操作的情形規(gui)格(ge)。
