一、概 述

 “新能(neng)量(liang)車(che)(che)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)網絡廠(chang)枝術(shu)框架(jia)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)方案(an)”是真對大(da)中(zhong)專生班高(gao)校建立的(de)(de)《用(yong)(yong)電(dian)網絡廠(chang)枝術(shu)》、《半導(dao)體芯片變流枝術(shu)》等(deng)必修課程實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)考試大(da)綱的(de)(de)條件,運(yun)用(yong)(yong)勞保刊發社刊發的(de)(de)《角色能(neng)力(li)判定教(jiao)學教(jiao)學大(da)綱維護焊工(中(zhong)高(gao))》關聯(lian)知識(shi),而(er)成功研制的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)平(ping)衡系統(tong)。此外用(yong)(yong)于為基本知識(shi)、中(zhong)級證書維護焊工、中(zhong)高(gao)焊工、技士及(ji)中(zhong)高(gao)技士的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)平(ping)衡系統(tong), 也用(yong)(yong)于為新能(neng)量(liang)車(che)(che)網絡廠(chang)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)框架(jia)教(jiao)學主設備。

二、方法作用

四、培(pei)訓保護裝置(zhi)基本性(xing)技能

實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學器由操控屏(ping)、實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學桌與(yu)哪幾個實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)學零部件搭建

(一)掌握(wo)屏:進(jin)行(xing)骨(gu)架式構(gou)(gou)(gou)成,構(gou)(gou)(gou)成緊身、穩固(gu)、美(mei)觀(guan)大氣得體,掌握(wo)屏頂層可(ke)掛培(pei)訓構(gou)(gou)(gou)件。

(二)培(pei)訓配置(zhi)文件: 

1. PE-01交流(liu)電源配件

保證(zheng)單相(xiang)四線可控交(jiao)流會開關電(dian)(dian)源(依據單相(xiang)電(dian)(dian):0~250V;單相(xiang)四線0-450V),自建(jian)做過流守護和(he)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)守護功能鍵(jian),均有消毒(du)電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器模(mo)擬輸出,實(shi)踐教學很安全。

(1)三相電源首(shou)先通(tong)過三相漏電保護(hu)器,然后經(jing)接觸器到(dao)隔(ge)離變壓器,使輸出與電網隔(ge)離(浮地(di)設(she)計)。

(2)電(dian)(dian)流型漏電(dian)(dian)保護裝置(zhi):控(kong)制屏(ping)若有漏電(dian)(dian)現象,漏電(dian)(dian)流超過一定(ding)值,即切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源。

2. PE-02電率肖特基二極管插件

提拱大工作功率整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)感6個(ge)(熔絲確保電(dian)路設計),鈕子開關按鈕1個(ge),成為整流(liu)(liu)和續流(liu)(liu)使用的。

3. PE-03雙向可控(kong)硅插(cha)件

能提供6只單向晶閘管(guan),用于可控整流實(shi)訓,設有RC阻容吸收及熔絲保護電路。

4. PE-04雙相可控硅器(qi)件

給予3只雙邊IGBT,適用于交流信息調電容式路實踐(jian) 

5. PE-05 GTR、MOSFET、IGBT零部(bu)件

出具GTR(大耗(hao)油率(lv)(lv)氯(lv)化(hua)鈉納(na)米線(xian)管(guan))、MOSFET(耗(hao)油率(lv)(lv)場(chang)邊際效(xiao)應氯(lv)化(hua)鈉納(na)米線(xian)管(guan))、IGBT(絕緣(yuan)電阻雙化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)質(zhi)氯(lv)化(hua)鈉納(na)米線(xian)管(guan))多種(zhong)耗(hao)油率(lv)(lv)電子器件

6. PE-06三相四(si)線(xian)制芯式配電(dian)變壓器(qi)器(qi)件

出(chu)具63.5V、0.8A/127V、0.4A芯式變(bian)壓器一只

7. PE-07 三發(fa)送到干式變壓器(qi)零件

擁(yong)有(you)由(you)三搜(sou)集電(dian)力變壓器(qi)及一只貓(mao)三刀三擲旋鈕(niu)分為(wei)。

8. PE-07D燈組負載電阻元件

由三只250V/4A燈座組成(cheng),實訓時作為電(dian)阻性負載使用

9. PE-08電抗器、箱式變壓器部(bu)件

給出平波電抗器多組(zu),可供100mH、200mH、700mH抉擇,雙路220V變電器另一(yi)只

10. PE-9給定及輸出功率警示構件

提供(gong)了連(lian)續性能調的+15V和-15V給定電(dian)壓,帶(dai)輸(shu)出(chu)指示(shi)。

11. PE-10討(tao)論電(dian)性能指標表構件

 給出直合理值交流活動(dong)金額電壓降表二只,精確測量范疇0~500V,精度(du)0.5級,三位半數顯,輸入阻抗10MΩ。

12. PE-11直流電源電參表器件

展示 直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)變壓器數(shu)(shu)字式交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電壓表一支,測量(liang)范疇0~300V,精(jing)準度0.5級(ji),兩位半數(shu)(shu)顯(xian)式,導入阻抗匹配10MΩ

展示直(zhi)流電(dian)壓數(shu)值工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)流表2只,校正超范圍0~5A,精度0.5級(ji),三位半數(shu)顯。

13. PE-12單(dan)相晶(jing)閘管(guan)觸發電(dian)路(BT35單(dan)沉淀體管(guan))

帶來(lai)單(dan)凝結體管來(lai)造成啟(qi)用啟(qi)用數字信號,適(shi)用于操縱兩相電(dian)可(ke)控(kong)硅(gui)組(zu)成的整流(liu)電(dian)路設計;

14. PE-12 B TCA785融合解鎖電源線路(lu)

保證PLCTCA785,與KC04(KC09)等相(xiang)比(bi)它對(dui)零點的識別更(geng)加可(ke)(ke)靠,輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖的齊整度好,移相(xiang)范圍(wei)更(geng)寬,同時它輸出(chu)的脈(mo)沖可(ke)(ke)以人為自由調節,可(ke)(ke)用(yong)做單相(xiang)整流(liu)或調壓(ya)電路(lu)實(shi)訓。

15. PE-13 TC787引起電源線路應用程(cheng)序

用到TC787整(zheng)合電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線路芯片定義(yi)三(san)相(xiang)四線電(dian)全控引(yin)起電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線路、含有(you)的輸出安(an)全、安(an)全、放入特性阻抗高、抗擾亂(luan)耐腐蝕性好等(deng)優點和缺(que)點,另一(yi)方面(mian)裝調(diao)簡便計算、的使用安(an)全,只(zhi)需一(yi)只(zhi)要的整(zheng)合電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線路,就可實現三(san)相(xiang)四線電(dian)移相(xiang)功用

16. PE-14調節(jie)器功率電阻控件

提高90Ω×2/1.3A可(ke)調電(dian)阻一只, 900Ω×2/0.41A可(ke)調電(dian)阻一只,作為純阻性負載使用

17. 電子元器件元器件根基感知學習的套件(主要包括190mm×145mm的(de)開模有機透明塑(su)料(liao)底盒已完成,顯示屏進行(xing)PCB電路(lu)板工藝,具體(ti)參數如下(xia)
