交流(liu)電動機拖動及調整(zheng)技術(shu)性實踐教學控(kong)制系統

一、 概要

本實(shi)踐(jian)教學安裝(zhuang)是不同新職(zhi)業(ye)幼小銜接改革的(de)實(shi)質和(he)發展(zhan)前(qian)景的(de)要有而最新發明的(de)。該實(shi)踐(jian)教學安裝(zhuang)還包括(kuo)供電(dian)(dian)局(ju)拖(tuo)(tuo)行為整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)推流體(ti)(ti)(ti)力學,交流信息(xi)和(he)直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)動式機(ji)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)局(ju)拖(tuo)(tuo)動、APP高壓(ya)低(di)壓(ya)小家電(dian)(dian)及(ji)大致(zhi)掌(zhang)控(kong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)設定、橋式吊裝(zhuang)機(ji)的(de)電(dian)(dian)掌(zhang)控(kong)及(ji)繼小家電(dian)(dian)掌(zhang)控(kong)機(ji)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)設定等(deng)內容(rong),的(de)同時擴大了(le)為PLC及(ji)調頻器的(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流馬達大致(zhi)掌(zhang)控(kong)電(dian)(dian)纜線,并且 APP磨床的(de)掌(zhang)控(kong)。該實(shi)踐(jian)教學安裝(zhuang)應在自主化工程(cheng)專(zhuan)科與電(dian)(dian)氣一身化工程(cheng)專(zhuan)科增設的(de)《直(zhi)(zhi)流馬達及(ji)拖(tuo)(tuo)動基本知識(shi)》、《制造廠繼小家電(dian)(dian)觸及(ji)掌(zhang)控(kong)》、《PLC操作過程(cheng)及(ji)APP技(ji)能(neng)(neng)效果》、《調頻調壓(ya)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)效果》等(deng)學習(xi)的(de)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)效果體(ti)(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)訓練方法。

二、 安全裝置結構特征

1. 主(zhu)要(yao)采(cai)用(yong)掛(gua)墜形式,混(hun)搭便捷、可多個(ge)更變(bian)實踐(jian)(jian)控件上升實踐(jian)(jian)文章,于首次規(gui)劃設計及功(gong)能性(xing)突(tu)出。

2. 實(shi)踐教學(xue)配置由(you)電源(yuan)線(xian)調節(jie)屏、實(shi)踐教學(xue)桌、實(shi)踐教學(xue)部件、高壓伺服(fu)電機、高壓伺服(fu)電機導軌及(ji)實(shi)踐教學(xue)輸電線(xian)等(deng)組(zu)合而成。

3. 針對于系統設(she)計PLC及直(zhi)流伺(si)服的電(dian)氣設(she)備掌(zhang)握培訓(xun)(xun)大(da)型項目,可能緊密(mi)聯(lian)系MCGS組態軟件與計算(suan)公式(shi)機通過流量攝像頭(tou)培訓(xun)(xun)裝置的進行方(fang)式(shi),更(geng)佳靠近(jin)制造業當場(chang)。

4. 培(pei)訓設備分為(wei)了局部(bu)主軸馬達學耐壓(ya)試驗及任(ren)何主軸馬達拖(tuo)動及控住的(de)培(pei)訓投(tou)資(zi)項(xiang)目,使(shi)大(da)學生都可(ke)以要了解基本的(de)的(de)基本原理理論及熟(shu)悉把控進行操作(zuo)招式。

3.隨(sui)(sui)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)兼報(bao)警裝置紀要儀(服務保(bao)障安全(quan)管理器(qi)(qi)) 運(yun)用(yong)藍(lan)屏液晶凸(tu)顯(xian)器(qi)(qi)凸(tu)顯(xian)器(qi)(qi),中文翻譯導航欄凸(tu)顯(xian),正確性、明白;采用(yong)鍵控摸(mo)塊(kuai)結束用(yong)時(shi)修改、隨(sui)(sui)機(ji)報(bao)警裝置修改、結束裝置等操控、更(geng)具割斷24v電源及紀要多種(zhong)告(gao)警時(shi)間等性能。

4.數(shu)據(ju)信(xin)息(xi)源個部分 提供數(shu)據(ju)0~10V的恒壓(ya)源開(kai)始(shi),4~20mA的恒流(liu)源開(kai)始(shi),可便(bian)宜地做完調頻(pin)器變頻(pin)調速培訓,6.3V互動交流(liu)電原(yuan)開(kai)始(shi),作加工中心數(shu)據(ju)信(xin)息(xi)信(xin)號燈燈的電原(yuan)。
