本實踐系(xi)統不是(shi)種典型示范的(de)FMS柔性生產實踐教學機(ji)體(ti)系(xi),它由(you)放料單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、判斷快遞分揀單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、貨物運輸單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、機(ji)械廠制作加工單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、圖案進行處理(li)(li)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、機(ji)人轉配單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、長條碼快速精(jing)確單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試、國際(ji)物流倉儲管理(li)(li)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)測(ce)試成分,備有變頻柜調速器板鏈式傳送數(shu)據線組成環(huan)狀生孩子線。所述醫(yi)(yi)院均進行安裝(zhuang)在實業(ye)化的(de)塑鋼型材桌表面上,機(ji)體(ti)系(xi)中的(de)機(ji)械廠構造、電(dian)(dian)力工程(cheng)保持漏電(dian)(dian)開關(guan)、施行醫(yi)(yi)院全獨有,用到實業(ye)化的(de)規(gui)范件制作。
有(you)效控制(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)主(zhu)站(zhan)主(zhu)要采用(yong)(yong)西(xi)門(men)子系(xi)統S7-300(CPU315-2DP),從(cong)站(zhan)采用(yong)(yong)西(xi)門(men)子S7-200(CPU224),各(ge)站(zhan)之間使用(yong)(yong)ProfiBus-DP串口通(tong)信(xin)(xin)確定(ding)通(tong)訊網絡,S7-200從(cong)站(zhan)主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)控制(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)驅動設(she)備(bei)層,并對現場反饋的(de)信(xin)(xin)號進行(xing)采集,S7-300主(zhu)站(zhan)獲取各(ge)從(cong)站(zhan)數據庫文(wen)件,調節各(ge)站(zhan)運作,并成(cheng)串口無線(xian)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)的(de)監測程(cheng)序帶來了數據庫文(wen)件,另外程(cheng)序還配備(bei)有(you)工農業以太網無線(xian)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)模組(zu)和10.4英寸(cun)彩色工業觸摸屏,可以完成(cheng)系(xi)統控制(zhi)(zhi)網絡的(de)集成(cheng)。
該機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)有單(dan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)版(ban)、聯(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)兩(liang)種本職工(gong)作(zuo)任務方(fang)案。在單(dan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)版(ban)經(jing)營(ying)模式(shi)英文(wen)下(xia),各(ge)從站自(zi)己運(yun)作(zuo),站間不存在參數傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)數劇,人可實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)外界接法調控(kong)(kong)(kong)步(bu)驟(zou)(zou),適用(yong)S7-200專業(ye)級PPI高壓電纜或ProfiBus傳(chuan)(chuan)輸線將編排過程下(xia)載地址到(dao)PLC中,并監控(kong)(kong)(kong)視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)設(she)施(shi)錄像(xiang)(xiang)過程運(yun)作(zuo),在聯(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)經(jing)營(ying)模式(shi)英文(wen)下(xia),機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)各(ge)從站同時(shi)本職工(gong)作(zuo)任務,鑄件逐一實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)裝(zhuang)料、查(cha)測(ce)分類、工(gong)藝、畫像(xiang)(xiang)查(cha)測(ce)、設(she)施(shi)人全自(zi)動(dong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)圖、標貼、長條(tiao)形碼(ma)查(cha)詢認(ren)別(bie)、出入(ru)庫及拆(chai)卸等調控(kong)(kong)(kong)步(bu)驟(zou)(zou),各(ge)站間通過ProfiBus現象傳(chuan)(chuan)輸線實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)移動(dong)通訊,在主站的調控(kong)(kong)(kong)下(xia)變現對應的互鎖、參數傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)數劇調控(kong)(kong)(kong)步(bu)驟(zou)(zou),機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai)中的上位(wei)工(gong)業(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)適用(yong)WinCC組(zu)態監控(kong)(kong)(kong)視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)設(she)施(shi)錄像(xiang)(xiang)APP,對現象設(she)施(shi)生產銷售(shou)情況實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)動(dong)態圖實(shi)時(shi)更新監控(kong)(kong)(kong)視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)設(she)施(shi)錄像(xiang)(xiang)。
程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)工(gong)(gong)藝實地數據總線和(he)要求(qiu)的(de)電力(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)usb接口,可以支(zhi)持RS232、RS485、PPI、MPI、PROFIBUS-DP、TCP/IP幾種通(tong)信網辦法。程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)配(pei)備幾種組(zu)態pc平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)、和(he)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)編寫pc平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)、標準化控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)pc平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)功能性,如STEP7、OPC、WINCCjava算法組(zu)態、人(ren)與機器更(geng)換和(he)MES生產(chan)銷售標準化控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)pc平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)等(deng),為簡單課堂(tang)還配(pei)帶(dai)PLC模(mo)擬、氣動系統模(mo)擬、多媒介渠道(dao)活動室光(guang)電標準化控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)等(deng)pc平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)。
